• Newsletter : email address, collected via the form at the bottom of the page, used to send invitations and news from the Urban Films Festival.

• Legal basis : consent.

• Retention : as long as you do not withdraw your consent, and for a maximum of 3 years after your last interaction with our messages (for example: opening an email, clicking a link, submitting a film, registering for an event). After this period, we may contact you to confirm your wish to remain subscribed. Without a response, your data will be removed from our active database. Each email includes an unsubscribe link available at any time.

• Contact form & Call for films : first name, last name, email, message; required to respond to your participation requests or information inquiries.

• Legal basis : performance of your request.

• Retention : 3 years after the last contact.

• Traffic statistics : analytical cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure audience and improve user experience.

• Legal basis : legitimate interest.

• Retention : 13 months.
